♥ 10kt gold in a puffy heart shape
♥ Dark black enamel center with the Sigma Phi Epsilon letters as well as a skull and crossbones in gold
♥ Surrounded with tiny seed pearls
♥ Adjoined on a thin trace chain is a gold and seed pearl letter A
♥ Engraved on the back: B.S.W. 4-10-59 N.Y.-A
♥ Attached pins on back of both the heart and A
