♥ Condition: Very good vintage condition. Some general wear to straw commensurate with age, including a few bent and/or broken pieces of the handing straw. The base is not a perfect circle. The strings that tie under the neck have been tied in a tight knot with the edges being a bit frayed (we have not attempted to untie)

Circumference: approximately 19” can most likely accommodate larger considering this can be worn on the very top or back of head as well as tilted.
