♥ Circa: Most likely Edwardian to 20s. Rather difficult to determine exactly, though we do feel it is an earlier piece

♥ Condition: Very good vintage condition, wearable as is with care. Some light discoloration to waistband and hem area, most likely from being worn. Some missing or broken faux pearls, which are possibly a later addition and not original. A few small age spots. We added hook and eyes to the back of the waistband, the space below it remains open unless other closures are added. Skirt has been cleaned.
