♥ Condition: Very good/good vintage condition. Dress is not hemmed, we are leaving it up to the new owner to decide whether or not to hem it. There are some faint remnants on the back of where some seams were let out. The ruching is a little dry and crunchy with some being slightly stretched out (does not effect wearability or overall presentation at all). Material has some minor pulls and one broken seam at waist. Area towards bottom of skirt has a lot of lighter spots to interior and exterior (if hemmed, a lot of them will probably disappear).
