♥ Condition: Very good/good vintage condition. This might have had something attached to the top at one point. It would make a great base to add some sort of feathers, flowers, veil, etc. Some loose/missing sequins. A little misshapen when not on a head, when put on the correct sized head most of it should fill out fine. You can see some small rusty staples at the top of where material is held together.
