♥ Condition: Good vintage condition. This piece has definitely been worn, loved, and reworked during it’s life time. Hot glue remnants are seen throughout the sequin material on the base. Some sequins are missing and some have patina. The hook and eye on strap is crudely sewn. Some of the stars, rhinestones, and other additions appear to be newer and most likely added at a later date. One red feather is slightly bent and bends backwards a bit. Overall a fun piece, but with handmade charm, that can be worn or used for display purposes.
