♥ Super cool, funky 60s era hat/headpiece
♥ Coque feathers, depending on the lighting can be black or hues of green
♥ Black faux leaves comprise the base, making the hat look like a flower

Measurements:
Circumference: approximately 20”, but there is give. Our online manager is a 22” head and it fits just fine.
