♥ Condition: Very good vintage condition. This looks like at one point there was a veil that was removed. Minor patina to rhinestones and velvet. Some discoloration to interior base, which is not seen when worn. Presents well, colors are vivid!

Measurements:
Circumference: due to the headband style, the sizing is relatively flexible. From one edge to the other measures approximately 6"-8.5" across.
