♥ Fabulous, one of a kind blouse and skirt set
♥ Top is 1980s, it is possible that the sleeves were added at a later date. The skirt was custom made in present day to match the top and create a set
♥ Blouse features numerous ruffles, large puffed tulle sleeves with hundreds of attached bows
♥ Blouse closes with a back center zipper closure
♥ Skirt features the same bow and tulle material as well as a thick satin waistband
♥ Skirt is fully lined and closes at the back with a center zipper
