♥ Condition: Good/fair vintage condition overall, structurally very wearable. This has been worn, loved, altered, and repaired throughout numerous lives and shows signs of such. Various holes, snags, pilling, loose ruffles, raw edges to ruffles, repairs, and wear throughout. Top has eyes on the interior, but hooks were removed and a snap was added. The waist ties of skirt have been adjusted at some point in time, and are shown wrapped around the mannequin to fit. A slit could be made in the waistband to make it more of a wrap skirt style, or it can be worn as is. Interior of skirt has discoloration and holes. Sold AS IS, no returns!
