♥ Lovely 50s era skull cap style hat by Play Topper, most likely a bridal piece
♥ Creamy layered tulle, appears almost a gray in certain lighting
♥ Bronze-y sequins with AB hue
♥ Attached cream veil
♥ Thick net with velvet covered wire base

Measurements:
Circumference: approximately 18” with some give, should be able to fit up to 20”
