♥ Lush blue velvet collar on jacket, with front chest pockets and interior shoulder pads
♥ Skirt has a nice pleated design
♥ Removable matching scarf has attached yarn fringe
♥ Skirt has a metal zipper, snap, and hook closure, jacket has a button up front
♥ Jacket is lined, skirt and scarf are unlined
